Meadowbrook Fairview Metropolitan District
9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The District Office is closed on major holidays.
Directions to Office:
Go north on Kipling to (1) one block past Hampden to the first stop light (Girton Drive). Turn right (east) and follow the curve until you get to the business park. Turn right into the business park at the Girton Mart, convenience store our office is located half way back on the left, next door to Concrete Counter Tops.
In the event of a water or sanitary sewer emergency, contact the District office at, 303-972-2054 for 24-hour emergency response.
The District is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the water distribution and sanitary sewer collection mains. Property owners are responsible for their service lines connecting to their houses, business or other structures.
District Board Meetings:
The District Board Meetings for the Meadowbrook Fairview Metropolitan District are held the third Wednesday of each month at 5:30pm at the Meadowbrook Fairview Metropolitan District Community Center (7640 S. Estes St., Littleton).
The District Board Meetings for the Meadowbrook Water District are held the third Wednesday of each month at 6:00pm at the Meadowbrook Fairview Metropolitan District Community Center (7640 S. Estes St., Littleton).

Do you need a place for an event such as a Birthday Party, Wedding, Graduation, a Wedding or Baby Shower, Pot-Luck Social, Meeting, etc? As a resident of the Meadowbrook Water or the Meadowbrook-Fairview Metropolitan Districts you are eligible to rent the District Community Center located at 7640 South Estes Street. We have different rental options dependent on your needs:
The building’s upper level is 1200 square feet, with a stage area.
The maximum capacity for the upper level is 75 people.
The Upper Level only rental fee is $40.00 for the day.
The building’s lower level is 1200 square feet, with a kitchen area.
The maximum capacity for the lower level is 75 people.
The Lower Level only rental fee is $45.00 for the day.
The rental fee for the Entire Building is $85.00 for the day.
All rentals require a $75.00 refundable Damage Deposit.
