Meadowbrook Fairview Metropolitan District

EMERGENCY RESPONSE
In the event of a water or sewer emergency, contact the District office at 303-972-2054 for 24-hour emergency response.

The Meadowbrook Water District is responsible for maintenance and operation of the water distribution main. The property owner is responsible for their service line from the water meter to the house, business or structure.

The Meadowbrook Fairview Metropolitan District is responsible for the maintenance and operation of sanitary sewer wastewater collection main. The property owner is responsible for their service line from the main to the house, business or structure.



PAYMENT OPTIONS

MAIL IN OR DROP OFF
You can mail your payment in or you can pay your bill at the District office located at 9850 B West Girton Drive during regular business hours, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. We also have a drop box at the District office where you can deposit payments of checks or money orders after business hours.
AUTOMATIC PAYMENT WITHDRAWAL
Our Automatic Payment Withdrawal is a service that is offered at no charge. The amount of your water bill will be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on the 25th of you due date month. You will receive a bill at the beginning of the month, giving you time to plan for the withdrawal. Customers can sign up for the service at any time by requesting an "Authorization for Automatic Payment Withdrawal" Form calling the District Office.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Our Credit Card payment service is offered at no charge. We accept credit card payments made with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards.  Credit Card payments can be made by calling the District Office during regular business hours, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, only.

ONLINE PAYMENTS
Meadowbrook Water District customers can access their accounts by clicking on ONLINE BILL PAY tab above. Through your online account you can pay your bill via credit cards or electronic checks and also view account history, example payments, previous consumption and previous bills.


NEED ASSISTANCE WITH YOUR BILL?

The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 provided funding to LEAP for water assistance (LIHWAP) Colorado received $15 million in LIHWAP funding.
LIHWAP began helping customers with water bills on November 1st, and will continue until the funds run out. The customer must qualify for LEAP, complete the LEAP application addendum, and provide a copy of their water bill. They must have a past due amount, and service disconnected or about to be disconnected.

REBATE PROGRAMS
Rebates are available for residential and commercial customers of the Meadowbrook Water District that are interested in high-efficiency toilets, low flow toilets, clothes washers, and irrigation systems enhancers. These rebates are offered by the Denver Water District and are being extended to Meadowbrook Water District customers. The following are the products that are eligible for rebates:

INDOORS
Water Sense- labeled Toilets: average of 1.1 gallons per flush or less

OUTDOORS
Rotary/high-efficiency sprinkler nozzles: up to $3 rebate per sprinkler head

Water Sense- labeled smart sprinkler controller (up to $100 rebate)
